Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen took “winning the bye week” to a new level.
Allen posted on Instagram on Friday that he proposed to now-fiancée Hailee Steinfeld during the team’s bye week.

Allen said Wednesday that his bye week was “fantastic. It was great. Got some sun. Hung out with family. It was fantastic.”
Allen, 28, posted a picture where he is on one knee proposing to Steinfeld, a singer and actress, underneath a flower arc with candles all around. The two are in front of a body of water, and Allen captioned the photo with their engagement date, Nov. 22, and infinity emojis.
The couple started dating last year.
