You have to shoot your shot, right?
That is exactly what the Oregon Duck did on ESPN “College GameDay” this morning. One of the nation’s favorite mascots held up many signs throughout the day, but near the end of the broadcast, one got the attention of one of Hollywood’s most popular stars.
“Sydney Sweeney call me back”
It was a simple message that was obviously a joke, but the joke found its way to Sweeney, who responded on her Instagram story.
“Sorry. Changed my number. Haha” she wrote back.
This isn’t the first time the Duck has tried to woo a famous star.
“Dua Lipa can we talk?”
That was last year when “GameDay” was at Washington for the Ducks-Huskies game.
Unfortunately, Lipa did not respond.
Keep shooting your shot, Duck. There is someone out there for you.
